How To Renew
Renewing your membership
There are several steps involved when it comes to renewing your KAA membership. Below is an activity diagram to help explain each step.

Step 1:
The membership officer will assemble your renewal package which will consist of several documents. The preferred method of delivery is email and if that is not available then regular post will be used.
Step 2 through 5:
The renewing club's administrative contact and/or head instructor will receive the renewing package and complete all required information. This involves updating the spreadsheet with which members will be renewing and which are not. Having new members complete the individual membership form. Also having all black belts complete the NKA/Karate Canada membership form. Then send the renewing package to the membership officer. The membership officer's mailing address can be found here.
Step 6:
The membership officer will review the renewal package and work with the renewing club to complete any missing information if needed. From there he/she will send the membership fees to the Treasurer and membership updates to the data entry personnel.
Step 7:
The data entry personnel will complete data entry and send the updated membership list to the membership officer to forward to the renewing club. Also the Treasurer will deposit the membership fees.
Step 8:
The membership officer will review the updated club list looking for any errors and then forward this list on to the renewing club.
Step 9:
The renewing club will review the updated club list and confirm that there were no errors/missing members.
