Board of Directors
President
The chief executive officer of the association, the President is charged with the general management and supervision of the affairs and operation of the association. Day to day activities include ASRPWF filing and chairing BOD meetings.

Vice President
The assistant to the president, if the president is absent, the vice-president will assume the presidents role.

Secretary
The secretary is responsible for recording the minutes of all Board meetings, annual general meetings, general meetings and special meetings and will publish them to the Board, committees, clubs and others as directed by the Board

Treasurer
The treasurer will keep a full and accurate accounting of all receipts and disbursements. The treasurer does all the banking functions, reporting to the AGLC (Casino Use Reports). Annually prepares audit binder, and working papers for submission for year end procedures.

Membership Officer
Keeps a full and accurate account of all membership documents. Prepares documents and packages to aid clubs in renewal, and new application processes.

The 5 elected directors help manage the affairs of the association.
