Karate Alberta will be hosting a Provincial team training camp in Calgary From February 10th to 12th. Details are provided below. For all team members please bring your full track suits.

Montgomery Community Center
5003 - 16 Av NW
Near the intersection of Home Rd and 16 Av
Calgary
Cost:
Friday: Free
Entire Clinic ( Friday to Sunday ): $100
Saturday or Sunday: $65
Agenda:
Friday
Proper warm up and preparation for nationals.
Saturday
Review of best practices in the morning and strategies for them in the afternoon (this is for both Kata and Kumite).
Sunday
Ring strategy and full kata performance.
